Cancellation And Refund Policy

We strive to deliver the best possible experience. However, if you wish to cancel or modify your booking, the following terms apply:

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: If cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 24 hours of service time, a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the service value may be charged.
  • No Show: If our professional reaches the location but service cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or denial, the booking will be treated as consumed, and no refund will be applicable.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Eligible if the service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Partial Refund: If service is cancelled within 24 hours, refund will be issued after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
  • Service Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the service, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and, if found valid, provide either a re-service or refund depending on the situation.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days via the original mode of payment.
